اكتب رقم الهوية/الإقامة لمعرفة ما إذا كان الشخص ممنوعاً من الدخول (إنهاء خدمات أو قائمة أمنية) قبل السماح له.Type an ID/Iqama number to see whether the person is barred from entry (services terminated or security list) before admitting them.

جميع المرفقات إلزامية (صورة الهوية، الرخصة، الاستمارة، صور المركبة، صور المواد). تُستثنى مرفقات المركبة فقط عند اختيار «يدوي». · All attachments required; vehicle attachments are skipped only for "Hand-carried".

«منع» يوقف تقديم التصاريح واعتمادها ودخول البوابة لهذا الرقم/اللوحة. «مراقبة» تسمح بالدخول وتُبلغ المدراء بكل حركة بصمت. كل إضافة أو إزالة تتطلب رقمك السري وتُسجَّل في التدقيق."Block" stops pass submission, approval and gate entry for that ID/plate. "Watch" admits but silently notifies admins on every movement. Add/remove require your PIN and are audit-logged.
إنهاء الخدمات · Service Terminations
تسجيل انتهاء خدمات شخص يمنع دخوله الموقع نهائياً، ويُلغي تصاريحه السارية فوراً، ويُشعر شركته بوجوب إخراجه. إذا كان لا يزال بالداخل يُنبَّه الأمن فوراً. الخروج يبقى مسموحاً دائماً. يمكن رفع المنع لاحقاً برمزك السري مع تسجيل السبب.Registering a termination bars the person permanently, voids their live passes at once, and notifies their company to remove them from site. If they are still inside, Security is alerted immediately. Exit always stays allowed. A ban can be lifted later with your PIN and a recorded reason.

لكل مدير صلاحية كاملة على كل شيء. يمكن — اختيارياً — إسناد خانة واحدة من خانات اعتماد خروج المواد لمدير ليعتمدها بنفسه، مع بقاء فصل المهام: لا يعتمد أي مدير خانة غير المخصصة له.Every administrator has full access to everything. You may optionally assign one material-exit line to an admin so they can sign that line — separation of duties is kept: no admin can sign a line that isn't theirs.
المعتمدون المعتمَدون · Registered Approvers
لكل معتمد رقم سري خاص وخانة اعتماد محددة. بعد تسجيل الدخول، تُنسب قرارات الاعتماد لاسمه مباشرة، ولا يستطيع الاعتماد خارج خانته المخصصة.Each approver has a private PIN and an assigned approval line.
رجال الأمن · Registered Security Guards
لكل رجل أمن رقم سري خاص. عند الدخول يختار اسمه ويُدخل رقمه السري ويحدد بوابته — فكل حركة دخول أو خروج تُنسب إليه شخصياً ولا تتحول المسؤولية لغيره. · Each security guard has a private PIN. At login they pick their name, enter their PIN, and select their gate, so every check-in/out is attributed to them personally.
الشركات ومقدمو الطلبات · Authorized Subcontractor Companies
لا يستطيع المقاول من الباطن فتح صفحة طلب التصريح إلا إذا كانت شركته مضافة هنا ولديه اسم مقدم طلب مسجل بكود خاص. · Subcontractor access requires a registered company and a registered applicant PIN.

يوثّق إنشاء التصاريح وقرارات الاعتماد والتراجع وحركات البوابة (أحدث 500 حدث). · Records pass creation, approval decisions, undos and gate movements (latest 500).
منطقة الخطر · Danger Zone
في وضع الخادم: يمسح النسخة المحلية على هذا الجهاز ويسجّل الخروج فقط — بيانات الخادم لا تُمسح من هنا. في الوضع المحلي: يمسح جميع التصاريح والحركات وصور المرفقات وكلمات المرور نهائياً، ولا يمكن التراجع. · In backend mode this clears only the local copy on this device and signs out — server data is not erased here. In local mode it permanently erases all passes, movements, attachment images and passwords — irreversible.
